Complete Business Verification

Firstly, we require you to complete Business Verification. This ensures compliance with regulations, reduces risk of fraud and verified the legitimacy of the businesses we work with.

Instructions

1. Navigate to Account Settings and click “Business Verification”.
2. Provide company details inputting your Company Name, Country and Registration number.
3. Provide the details of the Ultimate Business Owners (UBOs) of your Company.
   • UBOs are individuals or entities that have the highest level of control and responsibility over a business. For example, founders, CEOs or large stakeholders. UBOs typically have >25% ownership or control in a business.
   • If the UBO (Ultimate Beneficial Owner) is an entity, such as another company, please provide the details of the individuals or entities that, through this entity, hold more than 25% control over your business.
   • We require the Full Name and Date of Birth for each UBO.
